About Me
I have over 40 years of experience in Permit Facilitation and Land Development Consultation. I am a Registered Environmental Health Specialist and a member of National Environmental Health Association (NEHA). I was the Health Department Permit Review Specialist with an office at both the Anne Arundel County Permit Application Center and the Anne Arundel County Health Department.
I retired from the State of Maryland in 2006 after 31 years at the Anne Arundel County Health Department, and recognized the need for a business that could help the public navigate the State and County permit process.
I was the President of The Permit Connection, Inc., a company I started with a business partner upon my retirement. I have much experience in both residential and commercial permit expediting. I have handled building permits and Planning and Zoning, Critical Area, and Health Department variances and modifications.
